I had a few Hexbug Nano toys, but the worn-out feet fell off, rendering them useless. To revive my daughter's favorite playthings, I designed a replacement set of versatile feet that attach securely to the bottom of the HexBug, allowing her to enjoy them all over again. Required: Remove all the damaged nano bug feet Note: For optimal results, print with a flexible material that can withstand repeated use and impact. Print the model flat on the bed with the feet facing upwards to ensure proper attachment. Note: There are two distinct models available, each featuring the same design except for the type of foot used - round or flat. Both options offer unique advantages and can be printed interchangeably. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK2S Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.10 Infill: 100% Notes: Material: TPU/SemiFlex Filament is the recommended material for printing this design due to its flexibility and durability. How I Designed This I utilized Fusion 360 to create the replacement feet, leveraging its powerful tools and features to ensure a precise and accurate design.
