HexBox Table Organizer

I'm excited to expand on Malian's ingenious idea of adding a bottom to my Hex Boxes, which has already sparked me to think beyond the design's limitations. It's mid-August, an ideal time to focus on creating something special for our students, so let's get started on a Back To School-themed design! This new design is inspired by the versatility of everyday stationery. I envision three hexagonal boxes tailored for specific school supplies. The tallest one, standing at 10 cm high, is perfect for holding pens, rulers, and scissors within easy reach. Next, the medium-sized box with a height of 3 cm can store rubbers or other similar accessories in a neat and compact manner. Lastly, the shortest box measuring only 1.5 cm high would be ideal for paper clips, safety pins, or any other tiny items that might otherwise get lost in larger storage containers. For users who require boxes of varying heights within this 3cm-10 cm range, I propose simply combining multiple Hex Boxes to create a customizable storage solution. The online resource at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:422571 can guide users through the process. To give you an idea, check out my previous designs for correction tape and correction pens where this technique is employed to cater to unique sizes. In essence, each student or teacher can adapt the design to fit their individual needs with a custom box size suited for their stationery items.
