For printing on 1.5" Foam Board, simply scale up or down as needed. Keep in mind that you may need to print at a reduced layer height (0.2mm or less) to ensure successful prints of the 60 degree overhang. To attach this securely to the bottom bracket (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:963040), use super glue with confidence. I'll be testing it soon, but so far, it looks promising.
