The six-legged robot I am designing is still in progress. All leg and body components can be 3D printed using a RepRap machine with a minimum build area of 200x200mm. MG996R servos are recommended, but other Futaba-compatible options will work as well. Each leg has four degrees of freedom, requiring at least 24 servos. The model is being updated and will be shared once complete, along with a sample hexapod code for reference. More information about software and electronics can be found on lynxmotion.com. After testing and printing all parts, the STL files will be available for download.
