thingiverse
This is a hexapod in development, featuring 18 Towerpro MG995 servos to facilitate mobility. The body itself consists of a sturdy 20 cm extruded aluminum frame, while all other components have been produced using a 3D printing process. The prototype's inaugural walk can be viewed at the provided YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMAzXlaJsOE&feature=youtu.be To assemble the hexapod, follow these instructions: **Assembling 3D printed parts:** * The four body mounts require angled orientation, with two needing to be flipped 180 degrees. * Two body mounts must also be integrated. * Six legs need to be securely attached. * Twenty servo rollers are essential components that should be connected carefully. * Six mid brackets must be properly installed for added structural integrity. * Twelve servo brackets serve a crucial role in holding servos in place and require meticulous alignment.
