12x 9G micro servos are employed in this project, utilizing all digital pins on Arduino (2-13) with pins 0 and 1 reserved for communication. The leg design features a replaceable plate for customizing the leg's appearance without replacing servos. Check out Videos 1, 2, and 3 for demonstrations: http://youtu.be/lNeNtL1E-SI, http://youtu.be/SCRc4YMtu8c, and http://youtu.be/3NyIRfgOr8s. For printing parts, you'll need: - bodyPlate_top x 1 - bodyPlate_bottom x 1 - legShield x 6 - arm x 6 - link x 6 - connx x 6 - bracket_L x 3 - bracket_R x 3 Purchase M2 or M3 bolts, nylon nuts for joint connections, and hobby aluminum tubes for proper length cutting. Refer to the image uploaded in the gallery for guidance on assembly. You'll need connx.stl and link.stl in three different combinations: with connx.stl and arm.stl, bracket_L(R).stl and link.stl, and within themselves. Optional parts include head, pack, topSideCover.stl for personal enjoyment; head.stl and neck.stl might need crazy glue or 3M double-sided tape for support. A 7.4v 500mah Lipo battery can be found on eBay with the keywords "dlg 500mah 50c 7.4v". For LED holders, search eBay using the keywords "5mm LED mount holder" to find a suitable size matching head.stl.
