This project was created for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41740 and can be customized in various ways. You can create any 5x5 array of hexagons using OpenSCAD to modify the design. The customizer, however, is not supported. If you encounter issues, please let me know. In the latest update (r5), I fixed an easy print option to combat printer tolerance issues and removed calculations from the input matrix. However, there are still a few bugs, such as double edges. In the previous update (4), I made several improvements including adding comments to the scad file, enabling creation at 0,0 coordinates, cleaning up the main procedure, and correcting a wrong calculation of radius.
