3D model of a small office building created using Autodesk REVIT 2020 software. The project was designed from scratch with all features typical for this type of architectural design included. Other formats were converted from the original .rvt file. The model is built in real scale, with a base unit of metric [mm]. The building has seven stories above ground level and two underground levels as visible on the renderings provided. Each single story measures 3.5 meters high, making the total height of the building 24.5 meters above ground level. The floor plan on the ground level is 36x36 meters in size, with each hexagonal segment measuring 12x12 meters. The basic materials and textures for structural elements are defined, including bump maps. This applies to .rvt and .3ds file formats, while other files like .blend, .obj, and .fbx include only the model mesh without textures. Floor plans are designed in a connected hexagon shape, which is carried throughout the entire design of the building, including interior elements such as lighting fixtures, fountains, and railings. The model does not contain furniture but includes various interior elements like doors, windows, balusters, and custom lighting fixtures. Defined lighting sources are also included. A terrace and pavement adjacent to the building are also part of the model.
