This card holder was created to combat messy Catan card piles, driving a linear-minded wife crazy. To make the design, boxmaker.rahulbotics.com was utilized and vector art borrowed from the web added. The dimensions are for 4mm plywood, with birch plywood used at $2.38 for two holders. Vector cuts were done at 100% power and 15% speed, while etching had a 1000PPI resolution for crispness. Glue was only needed for end caps, and Weldbond took just 10 minutes to dry. Feel free to personalize the design with modifications or additional vector graphics.
