Hexagon Magnet, easy print & simple assembly (hidden magnet)

<p>What's better than having a fridge and magnet? Hexagon magnets on a fridge!</p><p>With this model you can add some magnetic hexagons to your fridge. It is designed for magnets with a diameter of 6mm and 3mm thickness. I bought a bunch of them on Jeff's place and designed a model on tinkercad.</p><h5>What's needed?</h5><p>A bit of PLA. (I used Prusament PLA for the prints you see above)<br>1 magnet (6mm diameter, 3mm thick) for every hexagon-magnet</p><h5>Assembly</h5><p>You don't need glue for this: The base has a small space for your magnet (which fits pretty tight), the bottom layer in this space is slightly thinner so that you don't loose too much of that precious magnetism.</p><p>After the magnet is in place, the cover can easily be pressed into the base, it should fit exactly and leave (almost) no gap.</p><p>Happy printing! </p><p>(Super Mario Pearler Beads for scale ;) )</p>
