I created a specific design for that configuration. The primary reasons behind this decision were the absence of suitable alternatives and the limitations of available options, particularly with regard to infill patterns. Infill patterns, which I discovered can be used effectively with aluminum fins in heatsinks, are unable to match the performance of hexagonal designs under optimal conditions. I found that my preferred method provides superior results when actively cooling the heat barrier between the heatsink and the heater during PLA printing. An additional consideration is that airflow resistance can cause significant issues. The most notable concern I observed was stalling the fan due to excessive airflow hindrance, which negatively impacts cooling performance and noise levels. To mitigate these issues, it's essential to optimize the design and configuration accordingly. Here are my print settings: PLA material at 0.1mm thickness. Building time approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
