Hexagon Axel for Laserdroid's Cereal Drybox Roller

Hexagon Axel for Laserdroid's Cereal Drybox Roller

Was looking for some type of roller for these cereal containers and this design was exactly what I needed. The only trouble I was running into was the axel in the original design. The round axel from the original design had to be printed vertically. This adds considerable print time (about an hour), and adds difficulty in keeping the small profile attached to the build plate for an extended print (the print failed on the top part of the axel, more than once). Also, printing in this orientation places the layer lines in their weakest position for the sheer forces the axel will experience. This is a simple hexagon axel that can be printed horizontally. It is now the first part that is finished printing and grips the bearings even better than the original.
