Hexagon and Alu-Extruder Carriage for DaVinci 2.0

Same rules apply as my previous attempt 2 years ago, only more durable, better cooling and less unattractive! Just as the title says: You can now easily get rid of that terrible, stock, hotend / extruder combo! I've designed this part specifically for RepRapDiscount's Hexagon Hotend and Printrbot's Aluminum Extruder. Plus, with its unique "Clip-On" design, you no longer have to disassemble your entire printer to replace, maintain or modify your carriage. I have now put over 50 hours on the carrier, so far only using ABS. I run at 50mm/s without any issues, and more specifically no clogging. Print Settings Printer: Knock-off Prusia i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.32 Infill: 14% Notes: Scale up x10 If your printer is capable of bridging you shouldn't need supports, but I did require them. (45 Degrees every 8.5mm) Post-Printing 1st Print with New Carriage - SimplusDesign's Napkin Ring Side Notes: I have not cut any holes in the carriage. You will need a drill or a modified file. I will add a second file with holes cut out if requested, but drilling your own holes allows for more options/solutions.
