Hexadecimal Die

Hexadecimal Die

thingiverse

My brother designed this hexadecimal die in OpenScad. It consists of two instances of each hexadecimal digit, on opposing faces, of a 32 faceted ball. Great for generating random hex keys, etc. Full size Hex Die is 6cm (2.36 inches) in diameter and can be scaled in the slicer program. Good idea to use either supports or a brim for better adhesion to the print bed since the ball sits on a single facet while printing. All numbers are oriented close to the same direction, so if you are trying to tell a 6 from a 9 just look at adjacent numbers for the clue.
