Hexacopter Frame Center

Hexacopter Frame Center

I'm working on step 4 of my vision for a Hex with a gimbal action camera. I've chosen 1/2" wood square dowels as arms, although I still need many parts to get it airborne, I'm starting by building the frame to gauge its weight and figure out an appropriate motor/prop combination. The printed hub is complete, but I have no idea if it will fly, if it's strong enough or even if this concept makes sense. Yes, I know the SCAD file is a mess and difficult to read or understand - it's all my doing. So, use caution: your results may vary. This might not work at all. I strongly recommend stopping and buying a Phantom, an Inspire, or an S1000 instead.
