At Idaho State University's Robotics and Communications program, we are currently working on a project that was initially designed in Autocad. The next phase involves programming. In terms of materials, we utilized ABS plastics with a 10% fill and reinforced the plastic with kite rods for added strength. For flight, we employed 6 Electrifly brushless motors along with ESCs. Additionally, we designed our own printed circuit board incorporating a PIC 32 microcontroller to manage communication, PWM, and sensor readings.
