I've fine-tuned the connectors for this box, ensuring each one has a narrow tolerance that tapers towards the bottom for easier fitting. These connectors can be linked together to create unique designs and combinations. I've included different height versions as well as ones with and without inner dividers. They're designed to print on an MPMD and make optimal use of the bed space, spanning approximately 85mm at their widest point. The inside radius measures about 35mm, while the outside radius is around 42mm. I kept the design relatively compact, mindful that many users experience bed levelling issues with the MPMD if they haven't properly calibrated it. To help you test the sizing and tolerances, I've included a sample print piece. If you encounter pieces that are slightly too tight, try sanding or filing the connectors to remove any rough spots or excess filament. If they're stubbornly difficult to remove, place one of the pieces on a countertop edge with the connectors overhanging, then use a small Allen wrench or other bar to gently tap down on the central connector and allow the piece to slide downwards. In cases where it's still excessively tight, you might need to alternate between tapping the outer and central connectors. Remember to let the pieces cool before connecting them, or place them in the freezer for a short time if they're too tight to handle.
