** 2021-12-16 Update **

********************************************
After I used these recently, I made a small change to make the notch a bit taller in the pin piece. The wrenches work well as-is, but the pin fits even better now by giving more room to fit over the bend in the hex key.

********************************************

This hex/Allen wrench driver design holds the tool securely, making it easier to use. I designed this because I have some joint pain and arthritis and this gives me a bigger area to grab and makes turning the wrench less fiddly.

Included are 8 design files ready for slicing. There are to sets of handle diameters (25mm and 35mm) and each group can use a 2, 3, 4 and 5mm hex key. I have included my Fusion 360 source file so you can easily create other sizes to fit your needs. The design is parameterized, so it's a simple matter of changing parameters and exporting your mesh file(s) for 3D printing.

Each handle/adapter pair prints in under an hour as long as you keep the handle diameter below 35mm. A 0.2mm - 0.3 layer height works well for this print and no supports are required. Depending on your printer, you may need to tweak the clearance parameter to get a good fit. I prefer a tighter fit because I don't intend on taking things apart after assembly.
