Remixed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4111752/files, by @jsankey. I made no changes besides rearranging the OpenSCAD code - the Thingiverse Customizer should be able to change the number of rows and columns. I made this change so I could easily render this design on the smallish Ender 3 V2 bed, using 3x3.
