Hex Rollers

These are the rollers that need to be used with my Hex Roller Rig. They have been sized and added a hex insert to make them work with the system.

they are all 152mm/6in long

no supports needed and I printed all of these at 15% infill.

worked like a charm.

and before you say anything, I know there's a blank roller. I use it in the middle of the rig and then have a texture roller on the top and bottom. It keeps the spacing correct for rolling 5mm craft foam.

I'll also be adding different size blank rollers so you can work with materials of other sizes. I'll probably make them in 1mm size differences.

Edit: I've found that the rollers have a tendency to try and bend/flex when sending material through I was able to mitigate this by printing the blank roller with a higher infill I used 45% but that's also probably a little over kill.
