The line above the number signifies that the nut is the max dimensions. The line below shows it is the min dimensions.Machine size #3 shows |3 instead of 3 to differentiate it between M3. This model was built in Openscad, I will post the source once I have cleaned it up a bit.I think I will post a debossed version as well in-case the embossing causes problems for some use case.  Happy to add other sizes if anyone requests them.
