I don't use an Ender 3, opting instead for a UM2 clone. To find a filament holder that could be easily attached to an acrylic panel with a simple hole, I conducted a search. This model stood out as suitable. The previous nut was modified to have a through hole and a hex for clearance with the bedplate.
