_Update (Dec '19):_ New variations added for 2 sponges and napkins (.stl files).\r\n\r\n_Update (Aug '19):_ A setting was added to adjust the base thickness, which seems to help balance better when thicker. The .scad file was replaced with a new .stl called SpongeHolderThickBottom.stl.\r\n\r\nThe Thingiverse platform is ignoring the uploaded .scad file; does anyone know why?\r\n\r\nI liked SimmonsClassroom's "3 Sponge Holder" design, but I wanted more holes. I thought hexagonal tiling would be a great way to maximize holes, so I used OpenSCAD to create a customizer with variable slot widths.\r\n\r\nThe customizer is not working on Thingiverse, but the OpenSCAD downloads include a customizer interface; users can open the code to adjust settings. Values are in millimeters for easy export and printing.\r\n\r\nTo get specific slot widths, add the thickness to the desired width, multiply by the number of slots, and add one more thickness for the last panel.\r\n\r\nA v2 might include a separate option for thicker bases, but adding mass with a damp sponge works well enough.
