I aimed to craft hex mail that eschewed traditional printed connections entirely. This innovative design leverages loom rubber bands, reminiscent of those popular bracelets, to provide a secure link point. A recommended two bands per joint ensure a robust union, with the top and bottom components snapping together seamlessly. For added reinforcement, this design accommodates a screw in the center if necessary. I successfully printed my prototype at 100% infill on the MP10 using Dr Vax settings.
