He imported his design into Tinkercad, carefully cutting out the flashlight inside a hex shape. The same internals, the same design, but with sides to prevent rolling away. It's far from perfect, getting holes aligned perfectly in Tinkercad is a significant challenge. He made an edit, smoothing the top and bottom in Blender, though it's unclear if this step makes any difference.
