Hex Key Set Holder
thingiverse
My wife picked up a set of Craftsman hex key wrenches from her workplace, but they arrived in a plastic package without any holder or stand, so I came up with this simple design to store them properly! The set contained 7 metric and 7 standard hex keys. I designed the model using Blender. It took me some time to get back into modeling and adjust to all the controls, and it took a few attempts printing a smaller test block to ensure I had the tolerance settings right for the tools to fit snugly in the holes. When I imported it into Cura, the software scaled down the model significantly, so I had to make an adjustment. On the Y-axis scale selector, you'll want to set it to 180mm long as a reference point. UPDATE: I swapped Standard for Imperial and added an optional extra model for those worldwide who refer to it as Imperial instead.
