The Fox Step Cast 32 is a fantastic fork. Rebuilding one isn't much more challenging than with standard Fox forks, except that the hex nuts securing the air spring and damper shafts are recessed quite far up into the fork legs. Accessing these nuts isn't difficult if you have an extension for your socket, but the rebound damper is a lot trickier since it's held on using a small screw with a 2mm hex head. Not only is the rebound knob deeper than most 2mm hex wrenches, but it's also sunk pretty deep in the fork, making it really hard to reach. This tool helps out with that problem. To use - simply print this thing and it'll slide into the end of the rebound adjuster knob. As long as you have a long enough 2mm hex, it'll pass through the middle and be guided directly to the right spot. The tool also serves to hold the rebound adjuster knob in place so adjustments don't change during the rebuild. (It's always a good idea to know your setting before you start opening the fork.) This model prints fine with no supports needed.
