I mounted a computer to a board recently to create an engaging teaching tool for a tech class. My only concern was that the fan would be left vulnerable to damage. Nobody wants kids poking around inside with their fingers - actually, a high schooler getting hurt is about what they deserve! To rectify this issue, I designed a grate to encase the fan securely without using any adhesive or restraints. The grate fits neatly into place. While my design might be a bit of an oddity, it could still find useful applications. If you want to replicate the grate, consider these instructions: You may need to rotate and scale the file first. Turning it by 90 degrees along the X axis should help, as well as adjusting the scaling on the x and y axes to 133.10mm. Use layers that are 0.30 mm thick, with 2 shells, and 10% infill. Not using a sled will save you about three hours of print time and some material - though you might need to remove build plate tape afterward
