Stackable Hex structure and drawers to hold everything in place. Print Settings Printer: BQ Prusa I3 Hephestos Rafts: Ignore this option completely. Supports: Don't worry about it. Resolution: Print at 0.2mm precision. Infill: Fill the object with a honeycomb pattern, 10% density. Notes: Slic3r v1.2.9 is the software used to create these settings. Layers: Each layer is 0.2mm thick. First Layer: The first layer will be printed at 0.2mm thickness. Perimeters: Two perimeters are printed around each object. Horizontal Shells: Top and bottom shells have two layers each. Infill: Honeycomb pattern used for infill. Brim: A 2mm wide brim is printed around the object. Extrusion Width Parameters: All extrusion widths set to zero. Extruder Temp: First layer prints at 220°C, other layers print at 220°C. Design Process General It's a precise fit. The presence of a brim requires cutting or sanding the "dove tails" edges where printing begins.
