Yes I'm familiar with that extruder knob, but as an engineer I prefer using hex bolts to secure things. Unfortunately, one wasn't available here, so I designed my own for my extruder. This custom design is intended for use on stock or all-metal extruders found in most Creality machines (and others utilizing the same extruder). The 5mm diameter hole for the shaft should provide a snug fit. To ensure accuracy, print the "Shaft test fit" file first. If it doesn't fit properly, don't force it; instead, make necessary adjustments to your slicer and/or printer settings. Once adjusted, re-print the "Shaft test fit" to verify if the changes were effective. After verifying, you can proceed to print the Hex Bolt Knob.
