The design was reprinted, but the initial hex hole proved to be several mm too small. Despite filing for an extended period, it remained stubbornly unfit, prompting the creation of a new design using OpenSCAD. Several resizing prototypes were eventually needed before achieving a final version where the bit fit firmly in place. Print Settings: Printer: 101hero Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% Notes: PLA, 205 C Post-Printing: Minimal filing was necessary to complete the project. How I Designed This: OpenSCAD 2016.10.04 was utilized to create the design. The process began with the hex opening and main cylinder, printed in stages until a height of approximately 10mm was achieved, at which point the correct size was realized. The arm was then added using a union function, followed by the removal of the cylinder at the end of the handle through a difference function.
