Hex Bit Cases
thingiverse
These two cases are designed specifically for hex drill bits featuring a standard 1/4" hex shaft. Both sets of Allen bits can be easily purchased on popular online marketplaces like eBay and Aliexpress. The main difference between the two cases lies in their capacity, with one holding seven bits and the other accommodating eight. Additionally, they vary significantly in height. The models for these cases were printed using PETG, although PLA should also yield satisfactory results. When printing, you can opt for 15% infill or create a hollow design with two perimeter walls. The designs have been optimized to accommodate nozzles of 0.3, 0.4, and 0.6mm sizes.
