Since the original axle snapped at the dove-tail joint, I opted to create a revised design that's less susceptible to breaking. This updated model can be printed flat, which should make it significantly stronger overall by eliminating layer lines from interfering with load direction. I've uploaded two versions of the axle: one with 0.015 mm clearance and another with 0.02 mm clearance.
