If you appreciate my designs, consider showing your appreciation by leaving a tip. This is straightforward. Print: 1 x Hex Headphone 1 x Hex Headphone 2 4 x Hex Headphone Spacer (Optional) 1 x Hex Dual Adapter 8x M3 screws of whatever length will do. The center hole runs the full length of the 40mm spacer, so length doesn't matter much. However, the hole is intentionally tight for self-threading, and longer screws make it harder to get them fully in place. I wouldn't try using a screw over 10mm long. I prefer M3x6 or 8mm screws, which are more than enough for length and strength. I used PLA +, but PLA will be plenty strong. Print with at least 4 bottom layers and 4 top layers. Use at least 3 perimeters/walls. Infill should be at least 20%. You'll have a tiny bit of flexibility at the top to insert the adapter piece for dual headphones. Hold one side of the stand in each hand, with the adapter on top, and gently pull apart until it slips into place. You shouldn't need to force it or bend it much.
