HeVORT Duet Rotating Magnet Filament Sensor with Switch
thingiverse
UPDATE: I came across this: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/41444-duet3d-magnetic-filament-monitor-mod-v2 Which was perfect, as the body is too deep,. and the idler can move around. So I have included his STL, but also found that is was just too tight a fit. So I sliced two more, one that is 0.2mm thinner and another, which is 0.4mm thinner. I found for this model, that I used the 0.2mm thinner on the bottom, and the 0.4mm thinner on the top. It leaves just a little space for it to slide around well. ---------------------------------------------- While I love MirageC's filament monitor, I've had a couple of fails, due to the nozzle getting clogged. So I figured I'd take a stab at Duet's Rotating Magnet Filament Sensor, and added the switch as well. I didn't like having all of the parts individually, so I merged them together on to the little bracket I used for my filament feeder. Yeah, after all's said and done, I realize that I should have put the connectors in back, but you can mirror it. It uses M2, M2.5 and M3 screws and a 693ZZ bearing to be opposite of the switch. You put one washer underneath the bearing and 7 washers on top to keep it centered. I modified the spacing between the sensor board and the rotating magnet, to make it closer. The only supports I used were for the big mounting bolts, and I erased the rest for the smaller holes. Enjoy
