Hevo x-carriage for titan,v6 and piezo orion
thingiverse
28/02/2019: the fusion file for the carriage seems to have a strange 360 bug that duplicated the model, new new_x_carriage_1.f3d is now included. This compact design combines an e3d titan extruder, a piezo Orion sensor, an e3d v6 hotend, an optical endstop and a part cooling fan. The photo shows the first version, which had a different part cooling fan duct. This simpler duct works better; also, the end stop didn't fit (I glued it), I tried to fix this but haven't printed it yet. I added the parts I designed in both fusion360 as well as step format so you can verify it and change if needed. All other 3d models can be downloaded from thingiverse or grabcad. Note: The total height of this carriage below the x rods is a lot less than the original, so I had to increase the height of my bed brackets by 10mm. Update June 11th, 2018: I gave the piezo more free space to reduce false triggers. The fan mount is now 1mm thinner, as is the underside of the motor mount. Update July 27th, 2018: I updated the fan mount to fit the optical endstop better and even more clearance from the piezo. Update September 8th, 2018: I added a 50mm fan mount and duct.
