I built my HEVO with space at the bottom for all electronics. The frame is 470mm by 540mm, from the bottom of the lowest extrusion to where everything is mounted is 130mm. I designed these to cover the sides and integrate three voltage meters and four switches on the front. On the back, I integrated the mains power into the back. My plan is to make a cover for above the electronics as well. I will design and print the top as well. I am using five millimeter screws with hammer nuts for 3030 extrusion. I printed four side skirts and mounted them. I am printing the final four pieces from the front and back and will make adjustments as needed. Since my power supply is twenty-four volts, I will run a buck converter for lights. I will have twelve-volt LEDs around the top and a second set under the second cross-member where the upper Z-axis mounts, which I am currently designing and printing as well. The sides are a single design that needs to be printed four times, with two of them needing to be inverted to fit properly.
