Here are the custom parts from my HEVO build, I also included config files for MKS Sbase, MKStft32, and a Simplify3D factory file (this contains my start and stop scripts and settings for printing PLA). I tried to keep the STLs bundled in somewhat logical groups. - For the z_axis_threaded_rod_bracket.stl, I used 688-ZZ bearings to hold the threaded rod. - The low_friction_spool_holder_bracket.stl is for this spool holder; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:235925. I used the 8mm version and had to extend the 608_nut.stl a bit to fit my spools. For the filament out sensor, I used a standard micro switch. Some of these parts will need the brass inserts that you already bought for the HEVO build. Now, here are some specs of my printer: Print size: x395 y365 z465. E3D V6 hotend, Titan extruder (Bowden setup). MKS Sbase 1.3, MKS TFT32. Heated bed (220v 1500w silicon heatpad). Auto leveling. Filament out sensor (built-in but still needs configuring).
