HEVO 3030 Rails + Titan direct drive
thingiverse
Custom built HEVO equipped with clone Chinese MGN12H Sliding rails that function seamlessly with 3030 extrusions for the frame, though larger rails would be a more suitable choice. However, I managed to make it work despite this limitation. The use of 2020 extrusion is recommended below the rail on the X-axis for added support. ###Rails Used### https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/12mm-Miniature-Linear-Slide-Rail-Guide-MGN12H-Sliding-Block-DIY-CNC-3D-Printer/192678973235?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 ###Limit Switch### https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3D-Printer-Endstops-Limit-Switch-Mechanical-Switch-for-Reprap-Prusa-I3/152859845947?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 ###Detailed Assembly### To assemble and set up the detail drawings, examine the Fusion 360 file for better details. https://a360.co/2I7ViwZ ###Specifications### - Suitable for a frame made of 3030 extrusions - Use 2020 extrusion to mount the rail on the X-axis - MGN12H Sliding rails are used (MGN15H would be a better choice, but it was not designed with this in mind) - Compatible with E3D Titan direct drive extruder and Nema 17th - Accepts M12 Inductive Proximity Sensor probe - X mount limit switch - GT2 Idler Pulley
