Heusinkveld Sprint Brake Pedal Pad
thingiverse
Improved brake pedal design for the Heusinkveld Sprint brake pedal arm to provide a more convex face and larger brake pedal surface than the stock metal version. The pedal edges are chamfered to increase comfort if heel and toeing without shoes on over the stock laser cut pedal. Has a thick stabilizing pad that slots in between the pedal arm uprights to prevent the pedal from trying to twist during heel and toe maneuvers, making it stable even at 65kg max braking pressures. Printing: - Print in PETG or SPLA (PLA + PETG) - No cooling fan for max part strength - Minimum 80% Infill for max rigidity - Print the pedal on it's side, either right or left (no supports should be needed if printed this way) - Optional: In Cura, turn on "Fuzzy Skin" option to give the pedal a grip-tape like surface as seen in the photo. Note: You'll need to procure a slightly longer bolt to reach through this thicker pedal to the mounting plate and nut behind as this pedal design is thicker than the original metal version by a centimeter or so.
