Hesine Prusa i3 Adjustable Z Axis Endstop

Hesine Prusa i3 Adjustable Z Axis Endstop

After getting fed up with the inaccurate "hit and miss" method of adjustment for the factory supplied endstop, I set out to design a more precise and reliable adjuster. After completing the basic design and running a couple test prints, with just a few minor dimensional adjustments, here are the results. (The photo shows the pre-final design.) You will need 1 M3 nut and 3 extra M3 screws to use this design. You'll also require 2 M3x25mm screws and one longer screw of your choice - I arbitrarily picked 45mm, which is more than sufficient. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Hesine Prusa i3 Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: 0.25mm Layer Height Infill Percentage: 15% Hexagonal Pattern Notes: Print at any settings that provide good dimensional accuracy and strength (layer adhesion).
