I fabricated these components to decrease the gear ratio on my Ultimaker to a value of 3.75:1, which is lower than its standard setting of 6.125. This adjustment enables complete silence during retraction operations when combined with SilentStepSticks stepper drivers and operated at appropriate speeds.
