To make small wall equivalent to "5x15 mm walls for heroquest board by Typenu" but with some lock suystem, I did reuse the wall set "OpenLock Remixed Dungeon "S" Low Walls" from Talonon, but with different ratio and position in Cura - I needed to remove the foot because I want it to be used with the normal plate, so I cannot afford to use one tile size. The wall from Typenu seem perfect in size so all walls have to be adjusted to get the same thickness - To do so, all walls from Talonnon are set with a ratio of 40% for Y only (asymetric ratio). - I also remove the floor by using a neg Z value, around -7.4mm. I need to adjust each and every wall to get the OpenLock border just on the top of the printer plate. See the picture with the red arrow, they point on this OpenLock edge in light blue. Not dark blue (too neg), not red (not enough). - For the different wall, it gives : > 4xwall = -7.65 > 3xwall = -7.85 > 2xwall = -7.54 > 1xwallI = -7.55 - With my system, i cannot use the other 1x wall (L/T/X) - With these positions, i can use my remix small OPenLock clip, that is also 40% thick VS the original. I did also make some L/T/X shape to replace the original 1xwallLLT/X. -To be able to use them, you will need to remove a portion of the low stone to be able to use them with an angle of 90°. I have no option to do it in Cura, so just cut it a bit. I did also make a door. Same kind of process. I did use the "Dungeon_structure_entrance_door_openlock_1x1 by Massenzio" (#3946562), the "openlock_1x1_structure_dungeon_door_v01.stl" You could also find another door like #2763264 that has no arch (faster to print) and door with a pin (#3967372). My process : - Open the door structure, the light blue OpenLock (see in the picture) and a 1xwall (for the size) > The blue OpenLock has an additional vertical bar that can stay at the Z=0mm. No need then to adjust in Z. - Place all at X/Y/Z=0, to get everything centered - The door structure can have a Z=-9.1 to get it just on the edge with the plate. Depending on your floor thickness, you can remove 1 to 1.5mm. In my case I select 1.5mm, so Z=-7.6 - And of course the 1xwall with ratio at 40% and Z=-7.55, the door also with the same 40% ratio At that stage, you should have : > 1xwall with 40%/100%/100% ratio, position = 0/0/-7.55mm > door with 40%/100%/100% ratio, position = 0/0/-7.6mm > OpenLock pin with 100% ratio and X/Y/Z=0/19/0 for the picture 3 (the OpenLock is not yet in place). - We will now place the OpenLock and palce the mirrored one > X/Y/Z=0/17/0 and 0/-17/0 - And you can remove the 1xwall that is now useless - Now you can print everything at the same time, to get everything "pinted" in one single object. -And do not forget to also change the door ratio. In my case, 35%. That make the door very thin, around 1,7mm (could be printed vertically)
