HeroQuest Card and Dice Box with Sliding Lid
thingiverse
I managed to accomplish quite a bit with the source files, taking both into Blender where I combined the logo seamlessly with the lid. To start, I trimmed the thick logo using Blender's efficient Boolean function, then joined it perfectly to the lid. According to Bitr0t in his Summary, he noted that the lid can be a bit stiff initially. However, from my own print experience, I found it to be extremely stiff, so I took the initiative to use a needle file to ease the slot on both sides at the end where the dice will be placed. This simple adjustment seemed to do the trick effectively. The reason I added the logo was twofold. Firstly, it simply looks amazing and adds visual appeal, but secondly, it creates an excellent grip or handle that makes sliding the lid open much easier. I'd like to extend my gratitude to both Bitr0t and JuicedCustoms for their hard work and contributions.
