HeroMe Gen5 Mosquito BMG Ender 5

Motivation: I have remixed the parametric HeroMe Gen5 remake for my Ender5 so that I can use a mosquito + BMG (both clones) in a direct drive setup (mounted on SpeedDrive). I removed the unnecessary Y-Offset that the standard HeroMe Base has, which is only needed so that the HeroMe is compatible to gazilliion different printer/hotend combinations. This has several advantages in my opinion: - You regain some lost Y-Axis space (you lose the space with the original HeroMe) - The whole weight is moved towards the x-gantry, moving the center of mass. - Also I needed this to use the SpeedDrive (BMG remix for Ender5). Important notes: - Z-Endstop: as the mosquito hotend is shorter than the original hotend you either have to move your Z-Endstop a little bit higher or remove your Z-Endstop entirely. Removing the Endstop should not be a problem if you're using a bed-leveling system allready. - Assembly: This remix uses M3-Nuts and M3-Threaded-Inserts. -TODO: Further assembly instructions will follow. Print related information: All STLs have the correct print bed orientation. At least thats what I used to print them. - Use Tree Supports for HeroMe FusedGantryBase and orient the gantry mounting side to the bed. Check if your hotend fits the remixed HeroMe with the following test STLs: - Use fitting-test to check if your mosquito or clone hotend fits in. - Use Supports touching build plate - Optionaly: use fitting-test-hotend-mount for a quick check if your hotend can be mounted correctly via the screwholes and check if the filament path alignes with your hotend. If you need slighty different dimensions just ask me :) Remix of: - Parametric remake of Hero Me Gen 5 Base: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4555571 - Parametric remake of Hero Me Gen 5 Gantry Adapter: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4530852 - Official HeroMe Gen5: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4460970 Other used components: - SpeedDrive Ender5 BMG remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4348063 Inspired by: - Ender 5 Hero Me Gen 5 no Y offset: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4591031
