The single-layer base needs more substantial reinforcement. I strengthened it with a 1mm thick plate. The design boasts numerous 90-degree protrusions that make printing challenging without supports. To overcome this, configure Cura's settings to utilize the experimental "make overhang printable" feature and adjust the angle to 75 degrees for optimal results.
