HeroClix Conversion: Poison Ivy to Bar Maid

I've been collecting minis for quite some time now, and one thing becomes clear - there are very few minis in the world of fantasy miniature that represent commoners, tavern folk, and everyday people. I've been converting cheap, easy-to-find HeroClix minis into commoners for my games at a slow pace. To fill towns and taverns, I'm making printable accessories to convert these minis. First up is converting a Poison Ivy HeroClix mini into a simple Bar Maid. I picked up a Poison Ivy HeroClix from Troll and Toad http://www.trollandtoad.com/p1089700.html. Cut her off of the HeroClix base, glue her down to the printable mini base, print out one of the Trays, glue it to her hand - you may want to paint it first. If you wish, you can paint her cloths. That's all there is to it. You're done. I'm also using leftover trays as simple drink trays for tavern tables. Pictured are several other HeroClix minis I've converted into Tavern Folks. Cut off their weapons if they had any, cut them off of the HeroClix base, and glued them onto a printable base. Then glued a tankard to their hand.
