HeroClix Conversion: Poison Ivy to Bar Maid

I have been collecting minis for quite a while now, and it's a common fact that in the world of fantasy miniatures, there are hardly any minis representing commoners, tavern folk, or everyday people. I've been converting very cheap and easy-to-find HeroClix minis into commoners for my games over time. I'm creating printable accessories to convert these minis into towns and taverns. First up is converting a Poison Ivy HeroClix mini into a simple Bar Maid. I picked up a Poison Ivy HeroClix from Troll and Toad at http://www.trollandtoad.com/p1089700.html. Just cut her off the HeroClix base and glue her down to a printable mini base. Print out one of the Trays and glue it to her hand - you might want to paint it first. If you wish, you can paint her clothes as well. That's it, you're done. I'm also using all the leftover trays as simple drink trays for tavern tables. Pictured are several other HeroClix minis I've converted into Tavern Folks. I simply cut off their weapons if they had any, cut them off the HeroClix base and glued them onto a printable base.
