Hero Yourself Dual Blower Fan Part Cooler for Mosquito Hotend

Thingiverse would not let me add additional remix sources, so I need to give credit to "Fanadapter for Mosquito Hotend 25mm to 40mm" by JustinX as well. #Hero Yourself This was designed to fit onto a Sovol SV01 printer, which is why the blower fans are facing forward rather than to the sides (there is a large stepper motor on that model that gets in the way of other dual blower designs such as the original Hero Me). However, because this mounts directly to the hotend itself, it should fit on basically any printer with this hotend. The design uses two 50mm x 15mm blower fans for the part cooler, and a 40mm fan for the heatsink. It should accommodate either 10mm or 20mm thick heatsink fans. The fan shroud utilizes the built-in mounting points on the Mosquito hotend itself, so you would simply attach this fan shroud to the hotend first and then add your heatsink fan. Update: I added a version with a BLTouch mount. Print this in the same orientation described below. There is an included spacer file to lower the BL touch sensor to your satisfaction. The spacer is 1mm thick. Either print multiple as needed, or scale the file on the Z axis to make it as thick as you need it to be. ### Printing Details To print this, look at the Cura pics I have attached. Print it with the fan ducts upward, using supports. You will need to place support blockers at the blower openings unless you like digging them out of tight spaces. It should print fine without those supports. I have been printing at 20% infill to save weight. It's rather bulky, with two fans, so the more weight savings the better probably. You will end up with supports inside of the heatsink duct to clean up, but it should be easy enough.
