I created this modification for Creality Ender3 Pro. The hotend cooling fan is moved 10 mm further. This lengthened the air tunnel and improved the air flow. A hot air outlet is added on the left side. I shortened the cable outlet a bit and created a special clip for attachment. For the original 4010 fan, I made a pipe with a large nozzle which is fastened with M3 screws (nuts are inserted into the base and secured with instant glue). The fan is fixed with original M2 screws. I found that with this nozzle, the performance of the original fan is sufficient. The base is made of ST PLA, the fan nozzle is made of PETG due to higher heat resistance (maybe PLA would also suffice, I didn't try). Everything is created in the "DesignSpark Mechanical" program and I put the original file here.
